Our goal is to make the ordering process as clear and
efficient as possible, to make this happen and avoid any
possible order delays please:
Custom Pet ID's
1. Use ONLY the provided order forms (a full page blank
form is included for making copies or simply contact
us for more)
2. Orders will be engraved as possible EXACTLY as they
are written on the order form.
2. Fax all orders ONLY ONCE (any duplicate orders will
be made and billed)
3. Order CHANGES must be clearly indicated and be received
by 5 pm P.S.T the same day as placing the order and
in writing ONLY (fax 714-464-4713 or email to orders@pawswholesale.com),
verbal/phone changes will NOT be accepted. Duplicate
fax/email orders not clearly indicating that it is a
change order will be made and billed.
4. A credit card must be on file and will be billed
at the end of each month for all orders received during
that month, not having a card on file may result in
order delays.
5. Please wait to check the STATUS of orders until
the following time frames have passed after we RECEIVE
your order:
Non-Crystal (Includes Pet Blessings and Park Ave Paws
Classic Collection) Tags: Usually delivered within 10
BUSINESS DAYS (2 weeks) from the time we receive the
order
Park Ave Paws Crystal Collection Tags: Usually delivered
within 15 BUSINESS DAYS (3 weeks) from the time we receive
the order
